Gerard Terborch specialized in small-scale portraits and scenes of everyday life, now known as genre scenes. His interiors provide an evocative setting for figures absorbed in the rituals of everyday life, with distracting domestic furniture kept to a minimum. His mature genre paintings deal with “high-life” subjects: officers and elegant young women conversing, making music, or exchanging letters. Here a lady plays an elaborate stringed instrument, the double-headed lute, while her companion marks the tempo for her. He is presumably her music master, but, as is typical for Terborch, the precise relationship of the figures remains tantalizingly ambiguous.

For hvert kunsttrykk tilbyr vi en rekke forskjellige materialer og størrelser. Følgende størrelser og materialer er alternativene vi tilbyr deg for individualisering:

  • Lerretstrykk: A canvas print, which should not be confused with a real painting on a canvas, is a digital replica printed on a UV direct printing machine. What is more, printed canvas creates a nice and pleasant look. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the help of extra wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.
  • Aluminium dibond trykk: An Aluminium Dibond print is a print material with a true depth effect. For your Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print your chosen work of art onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum material. The bright & white parts of the original artpiece shine with a silk gloss but without the glare. The direct UV print on aluminium is the most popular entry-level product and is a truly stylish way to display fine art prints, as it draws focus on the replica of the artwork.
  • Plakatutskriften på lerretmateriale: The poster is a printed canvas paper with a granular surface finish, which resembles the actual version of the masterpiece. It is ideally suited for placing the art replica with the help of a special frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the print in order to facilitate the framing.
  • Akrylglassprint (med ekte glassbelegg på toppen): A glossy acrylic glass print, which is sometimes named as a an art print on plexiglass, transforms the original work of art into lovely wall decoration. Your favorite work of art is printed with the help of modern UV direct printing technology. The result of this are sharp and rich colors. The major advantage of an acrylic glass fine art print is that contrasts and image details will be more identifiable due to the granular gradation.

Viktig merknad: We try the best we can to describe the art products as exact as possible and to illustrate them visually on the different product detail pages. However, the tone of the printed materials, as well as the imprint may differ slightly from the image on the monitor. Depending on your settings of your screen and the quality of the surface, not all color pigments are printed 100% realistically. Since all the fine art prints are printed and processed by hand, there may also be minor variations in the motif's size and exact position.
